What We Offer

  • A “day-of coordination” package is when we step in close to your event date to execute everything you’ve already planned and make sure it runs smoothly.

    Here’s what that includes:

    Before the event (usually 2–6 weeks out)

    • Review all your plans, contracts, and vendor details

    • Create a detailed event timeline.

    • Confirm logistics with vendors (caterer, DJ, venue, etc.)

    • Walk through the venue with you (if needed)

    • Identify gaps or last-minute issues and help fix them

    Final prep

    • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors

    • Answer last-minute questions so you don’t have to

    • Organize seating charts, décor plans, and schedules

    On the event day

    • Coordinate vendor arrivals and setup

    • Keep everything running on schedule

    • Manage the timeline (if you have one)

    • Handle unexpected problems

    • Direct guests or participants as needed

    • Oversee breakdown/cleanup at the end

    • We will attend your event up to 3 hours

    What we DON’T do

    • Full event design or planning from scratch

    • Booking vendors (unless agreed separately)

    • Long-term budgeting or concept development

  • Partial planning is a middle-ground service between full-service planning and day-of coordination. It’s for people who want to plan some parts themselves but still need professional help with key pieces.

Our Process

We start with a virtual or in person consultation

Lets meet and chat! Getting to sit down and chat helps make sure we understand your needs. We will go over your event type, budget, guest count, packages, pricing, contracts and how the process works.

Lets Make a Plan

We will start with vision boards, exchange all of the necessary information and make our initial game plan. We will create timelines, checklists, provide you with vendor recommendations, create themes, decor, layouts and work out all of the logistics.

Final Details

This is where everything gets finalized. We will confirm all the vendors and details. We will create a detailed event timeline, have a final walkthrough (if needed). Tie up loose ends and prep for execution.
